We have to right to Teach what ever religion or not to our children. What is the reason I got setup by Mrs Smith and Mrs Taylor? Here is what i was in the process of obtaining an injunction to stop the teaching of rituals and religious activities to my five year old child. The Table below is right from the North Carolina DPI web site. In clear plain view they shall rob us or our religious Freedoms. There is not equal time for all religious beliefs or those that have the right not to believe in a religion. Also Further More, How exactly have families really changed over the past 200 years. Is this a sly attempt to slid talk about homosexuals and lesbians life _style_s in to the kindergarten trough fifth grade class rooms in North Carolina.

I was detained, beaten, and tortured by the fascist bigot O. C. Hawkins a rookie police officer of the Spring Hope NC 27882 Police Department. This is the Town that hosts the Pumpkin festival.

My name is Michael Frazier and this is the happenings of the 11th day of March, 2005, at or around 3:30 in the afternoon. This is a story that needs to be heard because I’m damn tired of people coercing their religion onto my life, and my children’s lives. This story also needs to be told because it highly reflects the attitude of some high and mighty "Christians" and how they abuse their authority to pimp some kind of God. I as an Atheist will not stand for the torment that some Christians put us Atheists under.
On the 11th of March we had a meeting to attend at my son’s school. We arrived at about 3:15. We proceeded with the meeting and were very unpleased with the principal and assistant principal’s attitude about our child. They repeatedly told us that they would put their hands on our child any time they wanted to. During the meeting we inquired about how our son had gotten into the office from the car lot. Assistant could say is that she came from the bus lot and did not see what had happened between our son and the other student. Then we asked again about how Michael had gotten into the office was he picked up or dragged in there? No one would answer this one question. I asked Mrs. Wynn if my son had ever acted in this manner before in the class room. She said no he had never acted in this manner before.
They refused to answer any question concerning this matter. About this time they motioned that the next appointment was ready to be seen and they left the room while letting us still sit there. I was not ready to leave because none of my questions were answered. My sister and son got up to leave the room. Tabetha motioned me to come on. I sat there for awhile and then proceeded to leave with her. I was very upset and did not want to leave but I did. We made our way to the hall way in front of the office where Reba and Mariah were waiting for us. We had further discussion among ourselves (Kellie my sister, Tabetha My wife, Reba my daughter, and Mariah my daughter) about what had happened the day that Michael Thomas had gotten in trouble at school. Reba and Mariah told us that when Michael had gotten in trouble that he went and hid under the end table. They also told us that Michael had only popped the other child in the back of her head because she told Michael that she was going to kick his butt because she knew karate. Michael did not pinch this girl’s neck because they saw her do it to herself. Then they told us that another teacher told Mrs. Morgan about what had happened. The other teacher would not touch Michael because she probably knew that she was not supposed to touch the children. At this time they told us that Mr. Morgan grabbed my son by his feet and yanked him from under the end table. Then grabbed him under his arms and took him into the office. To my knowledge a teacher is not suppose to be yanking a child around like she did to my son. At that time they told us that the Assistant had came in the office after Mrs Morgan had slung Michael Down on the couch and sat on top of Michael. This lady has to be at least 300 pounds. My sister and I went back into the office so we could get answers to what we had just found out about. I told Mrs. Brown that we needed to talk about our situation further.
She went to Mrs. Smith’s office while we waited at the door. Then she came back up front and tried to shut the door to lock us out. When this happened I insisted that we have a few more minutes after the other parents had been seen. We told her that we needed to talk with the principal again because of the way Mrs. Morgan had treated our child. At that time then Mrs. Brown phoned the police I believe. A few moments latter Officer O.C. Hawkins came running in the lobby and started to attack me verbally and physically. He then looked at Mrs. Smith the principal and she said" just take care the trouble making atheist as we talked about earlier". He stated something to the affect that “he could take on an atheist like me with no problem". I asked if he was the secretary now. He never told me that I was under arrest or read me my rights. Then he punched me in the face. Then as I fell back into the hallway, I fell into my sister making her fall back; he started assaulting me and choking me from behind. I instructed him to stop attacking me. My children went crazy as they were watching him attack me. When we went trough the front doors, he got on my back and begun jumping with his knee into my nerve damaged back. As soon as he started all of the beating me up, my sister was upset and started screaming at him because she knew of my previous injuries. Then took his hand cuffs and positioned them in my throat and as my face was turning blue “He stated Atheist like me aught to just drop dead”. Then Kellie and Tabetha had stepped outside. Tabetha told Kellie to get his name or badge ID. Then at this time Officer Hawkins pulled out his gun and pointed it at my sister and then at Tabetha. While doing this he told them to back up or he would shoot them dead. A few moments later Officer Rose came up and took me from Hawkins. Then he told my sister that she was under arrest and then he arrested her. At this time Officer Rose was getting me in his Bronco and my seizure got allot worse , all of the stress/abuse/assaulting Hawkins had put me through. He started yelling for Hawkins to give him the keys to get the cuffs off my hands. Rose stated “what caused all this “This is not like Michael. “ Hawkins “I handled the problem, he was a trouble maker.” I started to throw up as well Mr. Rose got a coat to put under my head and called for the Medics to come and care for me. They arrived the male medic started picking and making fun not knowing my medical condition. He and Hawkins were friends they knew each other. The medic stated that it was a Hollywood fit. And Hawkins was told to ride to the hospital with me by Rose. Office Rose said you caused this, your paper work you ride with him. The whole way to the hospital I requested my medicine as to stop the seizer I was having that was affecting my vision, and smell, and motion sickness. He told me to shut up or he would give me more of what he had already had. Repeatedly kicked the gurney I was on and made fun of my medical conditions. Making all kinds of remarks to me. And he and the Medic were making fun of me till we got to the hospital.
After getting to the hospital in Wilson, Hawkins thought he would begin to torture me. He got two bottles of aquifina water and while drinking it in front of me stated “Umm this is so good ah how refreshing”. I requested some water and he refused for over two hours water and my medicine that he had took from my person and would not give back. I started hollering at the top of my lungs that I wanted some water. A Nurse got me some ice water and tried to comfort me I was severely bruised and battered and had scraps all over my arms. After I had drank the 8 oz cup of water I wanted more. Hawkins then would get me more water but only hot water. I had to drink it because I was so thirsty by then I was near passing out. I had to use the rest room. He would not let me use the bathroom by myself he had to stand right over me and make fun of the size of my penis and how long it took me to urinate. This was so humiliating to have this kind of torture and treatment from a man that is supposed to be a protector of the peace.
The Nash County Magistrate on duty and the chief brought the paper work to the hospital so that the Officer could go back to Spring Hope, and that I could be released. Then the officer wanted to know why I was under an unsecured bond. The Magistrate told the officer that Michael had never not shown up in court when he was supposing to.
This is the sum of the events that conspired on the 11th of March 2005
Update on 9 13 2005
We went to court today and we won the first round. This was a great victory! My sister was found not guilty on both false charges against her. I was found not guilty of assaulting a government official. We are appealing to higher court the two lesser offenses of 2nd Degree trespassing, and resisting arrest. We will surly win the total case with the testimony to a jury. After they hear all the facts of how I was beat down and tortured, and told by the office that Atheist like me aught to drop dead.
Update 9 14 2005
The City of Spring Hope Town Clerk was phoned about talking to the town council about this matter. We are filling the proper paper work; to pre sue a lawsuit for Civil Rights violations, and excessive force, wrongful imprisonment, and torture against the Town of Spring Hope NC 27882.
I am still waiting to hear back from them. Not going to hold my breath people the have tried to not be helpful the whole time. So why should they change now! They were phoned about 10:00 AM on Wednesday 9 14 2005. To request the chief of police and the town mayor contact I about filling the internal affairs report about this rookie cops beat down of me. Yea I hope Hawkins is happy and proud he beat down a defenseless person with nerve damage that can’t fight back what a big man he is.

On the 13th we appear in superior court for a first appearance and to place our Not Guilty Plea for the two lessor charges. After this phase is over we will Start Filing the papers to Sue the Town of Spring Hope NC and its Police force for civil Rights Violations. There is also going to be a major Law Suit launched against the Nash Rocky Mount School System. For Decimation and abuse of my child. No 300 Pound lady should sit on any child not even mine.
